Anika and I missed making music together so we decided to cover one of each other's songs. We have both lost parents in recent years and both wrote songs to honor them after they passed. Anika covered my song "Daisies and Blue" about my mother and I covered her song "Orange Flowers" about her father.

Today all proceeds for the sale of this split go to Nurses House. Nurses House is "a nurse-managed, non-profit organization dedicated to helping registered nurses in need."
